REGULAR SHIPPING ESTIMATES

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination

• UNITED STATES -> 7 - 25 Business Days
• EUROPE -> 9 - 27 Business Days
• SOUTH-EAST ASIA -> 15 -27 Business Days
• ALL OTHER COUNTRIES -> 17 - 35 Business Days

Shipping is quicker than listed in most cases. Expect delays around the holidays (November - January). 

Tracking numbers sent by email after a short processing period.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient for physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of customers providing inaccurate or incomplete information.

Any items not received within 14 weeks qualify for a reship immediately. Please contact us to request reshipment.
