Great book. Loved the whole series, but Easton's story was extra special.
Perfect addition to the collection and to complete the series.
What a fantastic way to finish out the Dugout series! I absolutely loved this book.
I wanted to buy this book directly from the authors in order to have it signed. The 2 books I bought were packaged so well and they showed up in perfect condition!
I knew that Easton's story is going to steal my time so I kind of stalling until I had to read it. It turned out to be true though because I haven't slept late at night for reading a book for a few years now but with this book, once I started, I couldn't put it down. I read and kept turning pages till I reached the end at 3 A.M. It's that captivating!
I can't deny that Easton's story gets more of my attention than his teammates because I have known him since I read the Bailey and followed by Lake Starlight but his love story with Hadley is so good with how Easton took his son in easily, how Hadley fitted in his group easily, and how they acknowledged their feeling for each other slowly. Of course, there would be a little bit of mystery about who Tanner's mother is but my instinct knew before it was revealed so it wasn't a surprise for me... at least. The story is entertaining and full of all of Piper and Rayne's charms but also quite angsty with Hadley's family. Luckily, she has Easton in her corner so you can reassure that she is well taken care of.
I may love all of the Dugout Crew BUT the one I fall in love with is definitely Easton! Of course, I adore Decker but Easton wins my heart at the end!
